F A Q

What is integrative medicine?

Integrative medicine is a healthcare approach that combines conventional medicine with alternative therapies such as naturopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, nutrition, meditation, art therapy, and other non-conventional healing practices.

It aims to treat the person as a whole, taking into account physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions.

This approach emphasizes disease prevention, health promotion, holistic healing, and the reduction of side effects from conventional medical treatments.

Integrative medicine is often practiced by healthcare professionals trained in both conventional and alternative therapies.
Its goal is to consider all available methods—regardless of their origin and select the most suitable approaches to support each patient’s unique healing process.

How are experts selected?

Our experts are carefully selected based on strict criteria.
They hold degrees in psychology or medicine, with a specialization in integrative medicine.
Each of them has a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience and full mastery of scientifically validated therapeutic tools and methods.
We also uphold a code of ethics that ensures we work only with the most qualified and trusted professionals.

Why choose to work with Weeal?

Our vision is to empower your employees to take ownership of their well-being by helping them understand their bodies, emotions, inner workings, and minds.
We teach them how to detect, prevent, and heal the various risks and disorders that may affect them.
To meet this growing need for prevention, nothing is more effective than integrative medicine.
That’s why we firmly believe integrative medicine is the future of well-being—an art of caring for the human being as a whole.

Our mission is to enhance both body and mind health for your employees in order to truly understand the root causes of their discomfort.
Unlike conventional Western (or allopathic) medicine, which often focuses solely on symptoms, our approach combines both conventional and non-conventional methods.
We care for the whole person by addressing all six dimensions of health:

Physical health
Mental health
Emotional health
Sociocultural health
Environmental health
Spiritual health

We believe this holistic approach is the most effective for prevention—and scientific studies support this perspective.

What are mental and physical health?

Mental health refers to an individual’s psychological and emotional state, influencing how they think, feel, and act.

It involves a positive balance between emotional, psychological, and social aspects of life.
Good mental health allows people to cope with life’s challenges, manage stress, maintain healthy relationships, and reach their full potential.
It is not merely the absence of mental disorders, but rather a state of overall well-being.

Life experiences, social support, and environment all play a role in shaping mental health.
When challenges arise, consulting a mental health professional is essential to receive appropriate support and care.

Physical health in the workplace refers to the overall physical well-being of employees during their working hours.

Its goal is to promote safe and healthy working conditions, prevent work-related injuries and illnesses, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Fostering physical health at work helps boost productivity, reduce absenteeism, and create a work environment that supports the overall well-being of employees.

How much does Weeal cost?

For the employer

Our client companies do not pay for access to the app itself, but rather a fixed monthly subscription for the HR Dashboard, which provides anonymous and detailed data on how employees are using the application.

In addition, you purchase a package of group sessions with our experts. We offer two types of packages: one focused on Psychosocial Risks, and the other on Musculoskeletal Disorders.
You can choose the one that best fits your needs—or combine both. From there, we co-create a personalized program with multiple expert-led sessions, focusing on the most relevant topics for your team.
Together with our integrative medicine specialists, we go deeper to achieve meaningful, long-term results.‍
‍Foremployees

The employer covers the first four individual sessions.
Employees do not have to pay anything for these initial sessions.
After completing the four sessions, they may choose to continue their therapeutic journey with the same practitioner.
Any additional sessions, however, are at the employee’s own expense and charged at the standard rate.
